We have just found out about Zumba - have you? As you can see Zumba has become very popular in the last few months. If you want to run a class at The Centre, we would love to hear from you. For those of you who do not know, Zumba is a dance and fitness program invented by Alberto Perez in Colombia in the 1990s.
